Italianni's Centro Comercial Patio is a hidden gem in the heart of Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. This Italian restaurant stands out not only for its delicious cuisine but also for its inviting atmosphere. Customers rave about the warmth of the staff, creating a welcoming ambiance that enhances the dining experience.
Many visitors, like Karla SmL, have praised the restaurant's signature tiramisu and numerous desserts, adding a sweet touch to meals. The birthday celebration tradition, where guests receive a complimentary cake accompanied by a joyful Italian serenade, adds a personal touch that diners appreciate. Meanwhile, Raul Galindo highlights the restaurant's spaciousness and excellent dish presentations, although he notes that the pizzas could use an aesthetic upgrade.
Patrons like Edgar Mendoza enjoy the scenic terrace, allowing for a peaceful dining experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The dishes are consistently flavorful and served at optimal temperatures, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality.
Despite a few minor critiques, such as the need for Italian music in the restrooms highlighted by Rodolfo Guzman, Italianni's Centro Comercial Patio remains a delightful destination for Italian cuisine lovers seeking both taste and atmosphere. Overall, this restaurant is not just a place to eat but an experience to savor.

Excellent! The prices aren't that affordable, but the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I found the tiramisu delicious, and the desserts I've tried have been equally delicious. On birthdays, they give you a kind of free cake and sing in Italian I think it's a nice touch. :)

The spectacular place. Atmosphere, quality of food, presentation of dishes, attention from employees, and super spacious. When they give you the menu, ask for the free pizzapastasalad option for 199 pesos: the salad portion is good, the pasta portion is VERY good but the pizzas are less than personal... and more than the size, they can improve the presentation.

Since it's not a very crowded place, you don't have to wait too long to get in, and you can enjoy your stay more comfortably, thanks to the spacious terrace. The dishes are tasty and served at an excellent temperature.

Delicious food, good service, but I noticed rest rooms do not have Italian lessons or Italian music!

A lovely place, like all the Italianis chains, with delicious food, clericot, and delicious wines. The service is friendly but not very empathetic, as if they couldn't care less whether you order or not. The price is worth what you get.

Three years ago or so, the service was bad, and the dishes weren't very good. Nowadays, it's a very nice place to eat and have a good time. One of the last times we went, the waitress brought us a pitcher of clericot instead of the red wine we ordered. She went to the kitchen and then brought us the pitcher of clericot without the fruit, trying to make us believe we wouldn't notice her scam It seems scamming is common, at least at this location: we ordered a margherita pizza, and instead of basil, they brought it with some lettuce leaves, all smoky to the bone... The executive menu, which includes this and other mini-pizza recipes, is reasonably priced, but I don't know if it's low enough to justify them trying to sniff at you. Aside from that, everything was fine.

Extremely pleasant atmosphere and location, although when you enter there is no one to assign you a table, once seated, the service is fast if it is not full, so the recommendation is to go during the week and outside of normal hours
